Reimagining loyalty for the world’s best airline

We were tasked to reimagine loyalty and build a frequent flyer programme that would live up to the expectations set by the airline – to be the No.1 airline of choice. We developed a new customer-centric loyalty programme. Combining behavioural, destination and lifecycle segmentations, overlaid with data enrichment, to create personalised, relevant content for each member.

A programme delivering spontaneous experiences for members tailored to their interests and adapted by their behaviours, helping drive over £2m incremental revenue per month.
